1. In event that the Product delivered is damaged when delivered, is found missing from the delivery, or in event that we are unable to fulfil your order after you have made payment, we will give you a refund of the price paid for the said Product in accordance with our Refund and Exchange Policies.
2. Kindly note that if the Product is damaged in transport, please whatsapp us at +65 9622 7633 or email beauart1994@gmail.com with the following details:
- Image of the Airway Bill
- Images of external packaging, internal packaging and damaged item
- Product name
- Order number
Please retain the Product until we contact you for verification, as we may need the said Product to be returned to us for investigation. Once all facts are verified, we will notify you of the outcome via e-mail. Should you be entitled to the refund, we will process the amount due to you within the timeline stated in our email confirmation. You will then receive a refund for the original item, excluding the original cost of shipping. We will arrange for refund via the original payment method, which may take up to 14 working days.
3. If you have a missing item in your order when delivered to you, please retain all packaging including the parcel box and whatsapp us at +659622 7633 or email beauart1994@gmail.com with the following details:
- Image of the Airway Bill
- Images of external packaging and internal packaging, showing all the items delivered
- Product name of missing item
- Order number
We will check our video footage of our packing station(s) to ascertain whether the item was missed out during the packing process or went missing during the delivery process. In the latter case, we may need to collect the parcel back from you to check for signs of tampering when making claims against the courier company.
4. In event that the Product sent is different from your order, we will arrange for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us not later than 14 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused and be in good condition. It must be in its original packaging, with its unbroken seal/cap intact and unopened. We will advise you via whatsapp or email on the arrangements pertaining to the exchange.
In event that we are unable to effect an exchange as there is no stock available, we will take back the wrongly-sent item in the condition stated above, and arrange for a full refund for the original item paid.
5. We will only accept refunds and exchanges of Products in the conditions set above, and that are purchased from the Beau-Art Beaute online store in Singapore. We do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges for Products purchased overseas or from any of our authorised Beau-Art Beaute stores.
